Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Open Solid collects when you or your AI agent use opensolid.ai, its API, its MCP server and its dashboard, and what we do with it. Open Solid is operated by Laso Finance LLC ("we", "us"), 5900 Balcones Drive Suite 100, Austin, TX 78731, United States.
What we collect
Account information. Your email address and display name, collected when you sign in through our authentication provider.
Wallet and key records. The addresses of the wallets created for your account, the names you give your API keys, and a one-way hash of each key. We never store a key in readable form after it is shown to you.
Agent connections. The name each agent reports when it connects, the message it sends you, and when it was last active.
Payments and activity. Every deposit, payment and payout on the account: the amount, fee, status, rail, recipient name or handle, the note your agent attached, transaction hashes, and the response from our payments partner.
Recipients and address book. Payout recipients you or your agent save (name, nickname, Venmo or PayPal handle, bank name) and saved wallet addresses.
Technical data. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, user agent, time, path) for security and debugging.
What we don't collect. Identity verification (KYC) is completed directly with Laso Finance's verification provider, so we don't receive your ID documents or Social Security number. Card numbers and security codes are fetched from the card issuer when you or your agent ask for them and passed straight through; we don't store them. We don't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on opensolid.ai.
How we use it
- To run the service: create wallets, sign payments, enforce your spend limit, and show activity in your dashboard.
- To let your agent act on your behalf within the limits you set.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and to meet legal and regulatory obligations.
- To contact you about your account, security issues and changes to these policies.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the providers that operate the service, and only what each one needs:

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of users or the public, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information.
Blockchain transactions are public. Deposits and transfers in USDC on Base and Solana are recorded on public blockchains. Anyone can see the addresses and amounts. We can't change or delete on-chain records.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
Retention
We keep account and payment records while your account is open and afterward for as long as financial recordkeeping, anti-money-laundering and tax rules require, usually at least five years. Request logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify the rest.
Your choices and rights
You can see your activity, recipients and API keys in the dashboard, revoke keys at any time, and withdraw unspent funds. To get a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account, email opensolid@agentmail.to from the address on the account. We'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local law, and we won't treat you differently for using them.
Security
API keys are hashed, wallet keys are held by our wallet provider rather than by agents, and every outbound payment is checked against your spend limit before it is signed. Read more on our security page. No system is perfectly secure; tell us about any vulnerability at opensolid@agentmail.to.
Children
Open Solid is not for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for material changes, email account owners before the change takes effect.
